Personally, I find that limiting your social bookmarks to the more popular AND effective ones along with those that your own social network uses is good enough.  Like you said, Digg was great at one time but nowadays, everything tends to get buried inside really fast.  And set realistic expectations for your site.  Build it up slowly but surely.  Don&#039;t expect a bus load of visitors and expect them to stay there.</description>
